This is the BEST dental practice I have ever been to. Very friendly and professional staffs who greets you with a pleasant smile right when you walk in. Dr. Rana does a great job explaining all the procedures she performs. She makes me very comfortable and relaxed. I am very very satisfied with the work she has done on my teeth. In addition to that this place is very clean and organized. There is also a small play area for kids. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Rana is an exceptional dentist. She is an extremely capable dentist, but even more she is one who takes a personal interest in each one of her patients. She treats each patient as if we were members of her own family. She does not hurry and takes as much time as needed to complete the work as close to perfect as she can get it.
I have been going to her for three years. When I started I had not been to a dentist for several years and my teeth needed a lot of work. I used to hide my teeth when I smiled. Now I am proud of my teeth. They not only look better, but I have more confidence and a greater sense of well-being. I am so grateful to Dr. Rana and I would recommend her to anyone wholeheartedly
I went to West Broadway Family Dental with a friend who was going through a root canal treatment over there. At that time, I was looking for a good primary dentist for myself. I had been to a couple of other dental clinics but was not satisfied with them. When I saw such friendly staffs and proper hospitality at this clinic, I decided to make Dr. Rana my primary dentist at that very moment. Ever since I have been going there regularly for my dental check-ups. Dr. Garima Rana and her team are awesome in making their patients feel good. The clinic has pleasant ambience and they are pretty flexible with scheduling. I would strongly recommend you to go see Dr. Rana if you need a dentist. Have healthy teeth and beautiful smile :)
Best dentist ever ! I am not a great patient, but Dr. Rana and her team were so kind, professional, thorough and gentle. I didn't wait at all for my appointment-actually got in a little early, and they were able to do a set of digital X-rays, cavity fill, cleaning and polishing in just under an hour. I definitely recommend this practice- especially for people who aren't too keen on the dentist. Also- they have Saturday appointments !
For a person who neglected their oral hygiene a long time, I have to say West Broadway Family Dental is the best place you could ever go to. Dr Rana and her staff are extraordinary in what they do. They work with your schedule, they explain every procedure option and work with you and your insurance company to figure out the best possible fit for you. They will always squeeze you in for an emergency. They really get to know you ,your interests, and your family. They are not just my dentist, they are my friends.
I was not happy with my previous dentist. I was really concerned about my teeth after getting infection after a root canal treatment. After I moved to Boston I was looking for a really good dentist. Dr. Garima Rana is by far, the best dentist I have met so far. Her practice space is big and cozy. The staffs working there are professional and friendly. Anytime if I have any conflicts with my appointments, she is willing to sort it out with her busy schedule. The most important thing I like about Dr. Rana is while looking after a patient, she takes personal interest in each and every case. Currently, I am going through “Six Months Smile” treatment. Since my first visit, she has given me really good advices on problems that I have with my teeth. Its been three months I have been going through “Six Months Smile” treatment and I am really happy with the outcome. I wanted to fix the spaces and alignment of my teeth in short period of time. After getting advice from Dr. Rana, within few months my teeth are fixed. Now, I have healthy gums and healthy teeth!! If you are looking for a good dentist, I will definitely recommend Dr. Rana!!!
